1983 The day the stand shook

My first trip to Croke Park for the football championship was for the 1983 semi-final between Cork and Dublin. I was only 14 but will never forget it 'til the day I die. How Croke Park erupted when Barney Rock equalised. I was in the old Hogan Stand and it shook . It was an unbelieveable experience and it was a few years before I got to see Waterford play there in the hurling championship — 1998 to be exact.
